"Fine for an airport hotel."

"never choose this hotel, refund me the money because they are clearly scamming"

i didnt like anything. worst experience i didn't even stay, they didnt give me a room when i paid for it. Lady at the register was racist to me. Wow. crazy experience

The worst experience ever. My booking wasn't accepted but the money got charged. I will file a claim against the propertty. They didnt even refund me. Scammers. Stay away

"Concert trip"

It was close to where I needed to go. The free breakfast was delicious.

My toilet was crooked and did not firmly fit. I only had shower and hot shower and bath like I saw in picture on Booking.com. I did not have any housekeeping services offered.

the beds were comfy, good provided toiletries

Breakfast was not fully cooked. Facilities were clean except the lobby women’s bathroom. No pool, you should really get a pool. The charges on our account do not add up. I tried speaking to a manager and I was hung up on now no one is answering. We were supposed to get an itemized list of charges and have not received. I’m being told it is a system issue but can’t verify since no one will call me back

The place was clean for the most part and in a very convenient location, close to everything we needed.

There were several downsides. The A/C unit was extremely loud, and there was a train that passed by frequently, which made it hard to relax. The ice machine on my floor was also out of order. On top of that, the breakfast was disappointing—the pancake machine didn’t even work.
