Convenient Grand Hotel

Very disappointed ,as I paid for my wife to be picked up at the airport, this did not happen , and as she did not have the relevant paperwork with was told she was not entitled to it,I paid extra for this service and your staff should have been aware of this----never again

It was close to the airport so we booked... We should have stayed more central. Hotel is perfect for a 1 night layover

We stayed here for a few days on arrival into Bangkok, its great for airport stays. When we wanted to go to the city centre for the night, the hotel arranged our taxi which was very helpful, The beds are comfy, The room is clean, All in all is we had a pleasant stay here and i would stay here again..

We booked this hotel as a comfort stop before a 14hour flight. Room was large clean and comfortable no complaints. Nothing to do in close proximity but ideal for the airport. Private taxi is cheaper then airport transfer. Overall good for the price

The room was large and spacious but not very clean (glass ring stains on the nightstand, buildup in the washroom) there is nothing in the area and it appears a little scary at night. If needing quick access to the airport this hotel is good but keep in mind taxi should not cost more than 120 baht even with heavy traffic.

This review is purely based on the fact this is a "convenient" hotel if you have a long wait between flights at BKK airport or just need a bed and a shower between flights. Rooms are large and bathroom was clean. WiFi was provided for free (something even 5* hotels rarely do) shuttle is provided alternatively a taxi won't cost more than £3 ($5). Shop and Thai food across the road if you dare cross it :)

It was nice room, but one thing we experienced was hot water heater had broken during the stay, and no hot water available since then. The reception gave us a key to access next room to have hot water.

Improve very much on acquaintance. First impressions poor: in dark dingy street; well over 2 miles from airport by taxi. BUT room very comfortable though a bit sparse. (e.g. coffee pot and cups but no coffee). Lovely view from bedroom window. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast looked unappetizing, but was, in fact very palatable. First impression two and a half stars plus; final assessment, three and a half plus. Main drawback: distance from Naconshiair bus station

The Hotel was nice and the rooms are clean but it's all very average. I'm sure everyone can find a better hotel. The staff was cool and helpful until you book the hotel only. After that they won't come to assist you much. It's like you fake a friendly personality until the customer books the hotel and after that the customer is nobody to them...like junk. But anyway don't want to stay here again.

I vistid this hotel....during my stay at bkk for 2 days ...staff are very friendly n evrthing is very gud n very arraned..wil visit again in the future... nthing much to see bt the area is silent ....a must stay hotel for every visitor ..
