"Room noisy"

Staff lovely and very welcoming. Disappointed with the room which was very hot. There was a fan provided but that only gave a directional draft. We really wanted to open the windows but a noisy extractor just outside our window made that impossible overnight.

"Great location."

Great location and free parking, handy that you could drop luggage off before parking. Breakfast very good and good service. Room clean comfy bed. Bathroom a bit dated,shower was a disappointing, very poor water pressure. Expensive for what you get, but it is the South.

Beautiful views over the harbour and decent breakfasts, but hotel is shabby and in need of redecorating and the upper staircase is rickety and should be replaced.
