Lovely hotel staff very friendly and helpful amazing food in the restaurant, amazing choice for breakfast beautiful location rooms very clean

The hotel is nice, great breakfast and friendly staff at breakfast… our room unfortunately backed onto the lift which either kept us awake or woke us up.. but otherwise the cleanliness of the room was great. Friendly reception staff and the pool was nice… could do with updating the hot tub as only one side worked… Overall, it was a pleasant stay :-)

The location was central to everything.

Loved the stay here. Would highly recommend. The staff were so polite and lovely and welcoming, especially Sue. Nothing was too much trouble. Lovely hotel with extra little touches

Relaxing get away to recharge batteries.

The hotel and the staff were excellent. The restaurant staff couldn't do enough for you.the hotel was superbly clean and plenty of tea and coffee supplied. Just a pity our room was above the hot kitchen and all we could see were rooves!! Also radiators along the corridor scorching. But excellent👍 stay. Will come again after several visits now. 😁. Thank you.

Brilliant location, friendly staff. Lovely clean room, particularly liked the window seat and lovely window box full of flowers.

Amazing hotel, awesome location. Cannot fault at all. Little on the expensive side but the location right in the middle of Grasmere next to the Wordsworth gardens was spot on.
