The room was clean and warm. I liked the mattress but my partner didn't. Staff were polite and a smoke alarm going off on the floor above was rapidly dealt with which was good. Had a lovely bath there. A real treat.

The hairdryer was broken and taped up that looked dodgy although it did work. The bar being the reception area was noisy and very basic. Generally felt like a low budget hotel.
