Plenty of coffee/milk sadly had to share a cup due to one being cracked on inside and out and a fear of it breaking during drinking

Bed was dirty, uncomfortable Cup was cracked Outdated No breakfast option Overcharged at dinner and had to address this

The bathroom was clean and the facilities all worked. The TV was new and functioned perfectly. Staff in the bar were friendly and tried to set up the WiFi.

There was no breakfast. The duvet was very thin and not suitable for clients in winter and we ended up putting our coats over us in the bed. The WiFi didn't work once we were in the hotel room. A stool in the room was badly stained and needed to be recovered or thrown out. A mirror in the corner needed cleaning.
