Oceanus Aparthotel

Good location. Large room and kitchen. Bed comfortable. However, the floor was grubby if you had bare feet they got really dirty, the shower trap was blocked from our first use and the tray was tired and mucky. The two armchairs were dirty and the apartment windows were dirty. All the negatives are a shame because it wouldn't cost much to put it all right. I cleared the shower trap myself and it hadn't been done for some time. Would I stay again? No, there must be better nearby. I would suggest a visit to Cabana bar if you are in Olhos.

Good hotel, friendly staff and close to the beach / restaurants etc. The best restaurant by far was Fratelli's (Italian), which is just down the hill towards the beach! Really enjoyed our stay!

Would may be like a room not overlooking the main road but, this did not take anything away from our enjoyment. Once the air con we did not hear the traffic.

This is a decent budget hotel. Slightly dated now but clean and tidy.

Welcoming staff. Nice reception and pool. Very noisy traffic adjacent to rear room spoilt our enjoyment. Ask for a front facing room if you want to have a night's sleep.

Always a pleasure to stay at the Oceanus, the staff are helpful and friendly, the location is accessible to shops and restaurants and the beach is a short walk. Excellent.......

Oceanus is a clean, modern, well-run establishment with comfortable rooms and good facilities. While not a major resort, Olhos d'Agua has a lovely beach, coastal walks and plenty of great restaurants. Cabrita, Calheiros and Tavertinos all served up great fish if that's your thing. All round excellent spot to get away from it all.

Excellent location. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to excellent restaurants and supermarkets. Couch and dining room chairs could be a little more comfortable. Could hear the people upstairs when moving their chairs and walking in hard soled shoes as the floors are tile.

Good value for money. Studio unit very effective space. Access to second building with luggage was a challenge. Beach just 10 minutes away. Good availability of stores, restaurants. Bus connection right outside building.
