Nothing wrong with the staff or the cleanliness but I asked for a luminous room. I understand this request are only met if available but I was given a room with a window to a small patio so I could not even see what the weather condition was like outside. No light at all. The machine outside only has sugary drinks, beer or plain water. No diet coke, which for someone with dietary needs (diabetes) is not on. But well, I got drinks outside, plenty of shops. Bed was quiet uncomfortable and the pillow a brick. Impossible to sleep with all the noise coming from loud cleaning staff, other guests banging doors, noises from other rooms... and works going on in the building. I guess you get what you pay for.

Great location just across form Callao Metro Station and near Mercado San Miguel and a lot of landmarks Friendly associates, specially Señora Carmen who always went the EXTRA step to OUR needs and concerns

We were put in the handicapped room, which had a roll in shower. That was, honestly, the only complaint and it's hardly a complaint at all. It is 7 flights up, and the elevator is slow/up a handful of stairs so if you have accessibility issues be aware of that. The front desk staff were helpful, and spoke good English. We had no problems checking in, or getting our questions answered. The view was amazing, though. And the rooms clean and comfortable. Our room was cleaned daily, though they did throw away some sample packets of face wash my friend brought with her to use.

Avoid this place at every cost! 1. They don’t speak English. When I arrived, they provided me zero info because they spoke only Spanish. 2. They cut my receipt and reprinted payment confirmation as if they were hiding something. 3. I paid too much for a very small room without a breakfast. Very expensive for what it is. 4. When asked to print my plan ticket, the staff told me they have to work and other things to do. 5. The room was dirty and noisy. 6. They are not polite, not nice and not professional. 7. WiFi is slow. My WORST experience ever. For 395€ for 5 nights I got an extremely low quality stay and treatment. I have never felt so much abused and disrespected at any other places. - [ ]

Amazinf locatoin for downtown madrid. Easy access to metro. Feels safe. Basic but clean.

Location was amazing. Accommodation was basic but everything I needed. And the rooftop was cool.

Terrible experience. Location is nice but everything else is terrible. Our room was dirty, full of dust, too tiny for three people. We had to rearrange the room to make our luggage’s fit on the floor. We didn’t want to put our clothes in the drawers because they were all dirty. They never cleaned the floor, only made the beds and never changed the towels. Curtains were old and dirty. You couldn’t even walk in our room and every time you moved something from the floor you could see dust. Our room smelled of sewer because of the toilet and we couldn’t even flush down the toilet paper (we had to throw it in the bin).

The best location,small but clean wifi good,breakfast good . For the price do not expect the Ritz... Staff friendly 😊 Helpful

we book 7 nights , but we check out after 1 night The hotel did not cooperate and was not willing to return money we asked to get document that we check out , they said that the hotel didnt have a document like that

The room is very small and airless, with power cut frequently.
