Dice q el hotel esta totalmente renovado pero no parece, 1er dia no pudimos dormir pq el AC no enfriaba, era una queja de varios huespedes. Tampoco enfriaba el minifridge. Lo cambiaron 2 veces y nada. Por suerte al otro dia nos cambiaron la habitacion y todo mejorò. Gracias al conserje Manuel por ayudarnos al cambio y su amabilidad. La playa totalmente inservible por montañas de sargazo que apestaban la zona. 5 dias alli y nunca limpiaron la playa.

Food was worst. Hotel was smelly, broken A/C, bathroom smelly, TV not working, limited WiFi. Spend your money at better resort.

Nice place the staff are very nice good food great for family vacation but the only problem was they took 700 hundred dólar from my wallet we complaint at the hotel

Food at the buffet was great, the bartender at the wet bar makes the most delicious coco loco. The least faborite was the Dominican restaurant. The wait staff was rude, they kept forgetting our food and although the restaurant was not packed, the eait times were looooong. Other than the restaurante, the service, staff, cleaning crew and bartenders were awesome. Would definitely recommend.
