The highlight of the Hotel was the Taino restaurant. Both the cuisine and the ambiance were outstanding. The hotel's transportation system is perplexing, and the wait times are lengthy. Occasionally, the staff instruct you to wait while they arrange transport to the main entrance, but they often neglect to inform you when it is ready, resulting in the transport leaving without you and necessitating another wait.

I loved everything, the staff was friendly and overall great customer service. The food was good and super kid friendly. The place was clean which is very important. All day there is something to do, soo many fun things to do at the pool.

We stayed for 4 nights and it was a great experience with food specials vegetarian options they could add some more veggie’s options in breakfast. room size are good enough and bad is comfortable.
