"Service not so good"

Good breakfast buffet which was cheaper booking it with the room on hotels.com than at the hotel in tenge. Decent WIFI in the room. Complimentary bottled water - no complaints!

Overall the stay was good, not great, but good. We had breakfast which was adequate, but expensive, $18 each. There was small problem with the bathroom: the shower head was not adjusted properly, water went everywhere. The hair dryer did not work. Also the handhold in the tub was loose. Someone could've gotten hurt. The registration staff spoke very good English and were extremely helpful. We stayed at this hotel on two separate nights. We will stay there again if the opportunity arises. Hotel is about 25-30 minutes from airport.

"The staff is very helpful"

The hotel itself is decent. It is not particularly close to the city centre though. The staff has been very helpful. I was sick and could not call to confirm my car to the airport. The staff helped me to make the call several rounds, So I can finally get connected with the car rental company to confirm my car.

"An Amazing Holiday"

Having visited every other country considered to be European, I thought it time to visit Almaty in Kazakhstan. I was more than pleasantly surprised by the Hotel. The staff were exceptional and always made me feel important and wanted. The breakfast was more than I could imagine. I would certainly stay there again not just for those reasons but it is well situated in a pleasant part of the city. I would also like to mention that a trainee receptionist agreed to show me part of the City on her day off, which meant that I could relax knowing I was in good hands and getting local knowledge. The City itself was amazing. The general cleanliness, beautiful buildings and tranquil parks made for a most enjoyable stay.
