Lovely room, very comfortable. Fantastic location for cathedral and castle. Left luggage before check in, put in room prior to check in.

Great location. Lovely room. Restaurant food divine 😋. Comfortable bed. Wonderful smelling handwash and cream. Nice to have a quieter residents room as very loud bar area Sat night. Everything close by.

Couldnt get a better location for the castle and the cathedral. Service was fantastic with polite and enthusiastic staff. Very dog friendly which was brilliant for us. Used room service one night which was comprehensive and quick. Breakfast is well stocked all morning and hot options were delicious. We had a great view of the cathedral from our room. Only minor complaint was that the room was a little hot with no visible option to turn off towel heater. Hotel parking needs to be booked in advance but there is a very large public car park nearby which is just under £10 for 24 hours and can be managed through paybyphone.

Lovely hotel, situated in the lovely cobbled streets of Lincoln. The staff were lovely and the room was comfy and welcoming. The Restaurant was fab. Definitely recommend a stay.

Staff bent over backwards to help at every opportunity. They were friendly, easy to talk to. They dealt with mishaps in an efficient and kind manner that put me first. The menu is well provided with food for dietary requirements and staff are well informed about them. Everything is provided for and the hotel itself is beautiful. Highly recommended.

There’s something about the public areas that just don’t work!

Excellent hotel, accommodation, staff and bar and restaurant. Very friendly staff especially with our little dog! Centrally situated. Great cocktails! Reasonable prices. The guest WiFi was a bit weak in some of the rooms, but fine in the foyer. Highly recommended.

The room was sold with a bath and shower, there was no bath.

We had the king Edward suite, & frankly, it was perfect. The view of the cathedral was breathtaking.
