The setting, size, relaxing, proximity to beach and reef

Turtle talks were not on and staff gave me the run around trying to find out about them. Visitors trampling coral as there needs to be more education and possibly paths in and out of water.

The location and the staff are lovely!

It’s very close to Cairns which is great from a travel perspective but you get many day tourists to the island so don’t expect much seclusion and privacy.

The location was stunning. Great property that was lovely but not too big to make it impersonal. The Zehyr restaurant was lovely, food was amazing both breakfast and dinner where we ate every night. Their staff were also amazing, especially the Belgium girl in restaurant. The snorkeling off the beach was spectacular, so many beautiful fish and so many turtles, truly magical

The swim up pool bar closed far too early. The bed was small and old and not very comfortable and saggy. The bathroom, especially the shower really needed a solid clean.

シャワーブースがトイレの方に水が 流れて不便だった。 建物が少し古かった。 洗濯機が使いにくかった。

Location beautiful

Food option and general store

The island is great, the water is crystal clear and amazing beaches. The staff we met and talked were friendly and helpful. We did snorkeling and saw so many fish and corals.

The resort felt like has not been clean for months. Public areas were dirty, empty offices around the lobby. It was hard to find what is there to do what tours they offer etc, no info from reception at all on check in. Pool bar works till 4 where could be the best place to be after you done with your daily trips around. So bad. Camping area - bbq and toilets were stinky and not cleaned for months. Paper towels and bad smell everywhere. We wanted to do bbq so we had to clean around to be able to use it. On top of this ferry plus overnight stay is not cheap at all. Should be much better experience on that beautiful nature around.
