It was a little bit dirty.

hard to go wrong with this amazing island. pool was clean and rooms large with good comforts for most part friendly and really helpful staff.

the kitchen was poorly stocked. hard to cook in the room. not even salt and pepper. one pot. limited utensils. food at the restaurant for kids was limited for dinner so did not try. was a poor buffet breakfast and would say definitely try bring your own. room was not ready for checkin time of 3. had to wait another 40minutes once on the island you cannot buy basics of food. only chips water and ice-creams at the general store. one blanket in the room and very light so was freezing over night. had to request another for our second night

The snorkeling was very easy- straight off the beach. Loads of interesting corals, fish and turtles. We had perfect sunny and calm weather. The staff were mostly young and enthusiastic and fun. We had a one bedroom apartment overlooking the sea and the sunset and overall view( level3) were gorgeous.

We arrived on the 8.45 ferry. We had to leave our bags and suitcases unattended in a shared luggage room with the large number of day trippers until our room was ready. We had to pay for a locker to put our cameras, money etc in. Everyone traipsed in with sand and wet gear( including us) and by the time our room was ready, the luggage room and toilets were filthy. I think it could be improved by mopping the floors dry or having a separate luggage storage area for in house guests. I would definitely recommend getting a later ferry so there was a higher chance your room being ready.

When I arrived on the island, I gave my luggage to the staff, and when I wanted to take my luggage, they told me they could not find it. I was really sick of the staff's attitude, and I ended up waiting in the lobby for another 2 hours until they checked the CCTV in the lobby. It totally ruined my holiday as my swimsuit was in my luggage, and I could not do anything until I got my luggage back. It turns out that other guests wrongly took my luggage, and they did not even apologise for their behaviour. I was disappointing that they just put all passengers' luggage aside and left it randomly in the lobby. never come back here again.

Location exceptional, food nice, staff friendly..

Rooms dated (musty second room, blocked drain main shower), convenience store limited hours & not much to chose from (come prepared)

Esta en un lugar privilegiado de la naturaleza la isla es muy bella.

El departamento donde hospede tiene el piso en mal estado, hay varias lozas quebradas. De hecho me lastime el pie con una de ellas.
