Inverary Resort

A Celebration of Nature was held here this weekend. The management and staff went over and above the usual, to make our conference a great success. Each staff person was always ready to help in every way possible. The MacGregor Centre was a perfect venue. We had a display area ready wìth table clithes, plugs, wi-fi and on site technical support. Coffee and tea break with delicious oatcakes were provided, as were delicious boxed lunches. The reception food on Friday was healty and creative- we especially loved the scallops and crisps. The Saturday night banquet food was excellent! Breakfasts at the restaurant were outstanding both days. My husband and I are staying an extra night because the food is so good, the room (#53) is clean and comfortable and staff are ALL so friendly and helpful. I rarely give a 5 rating but did. The one thing I might request is for a hand rail on all steps. The scenery and choice of activities are great.Thanks to all who work here.

We have stayed before in the main house. This time we were in another building that had been renovated - the room was fine. We had dinner in the restaurant - we ordered only starters as we wanted to enjoy the dessert. When we went to order dessert we were told they had nothing on the menu - and could only offer us a gluten free brownie - perhaps they could have told us the menu wasn't complete and they didn't have dessert - we would have ordered a main course instead. Otherwise the stay was fine.

Needs updating. Crack in the sink. No usb ports!
