Boutique Hotel Marina S Roque

The room was full of stink coming out of toilet. The breakfast was terrible. The receptionists were not so friendly.

This is a very clean and accomodating hotel. However the lack of tea and coffee service, a small refridgerator and hygene amenities besides handsoap pump at the sink was annoying. There is also an annoying lack of electrical outlets for the laptop, mobile charging and the ever improtant TEA KETTLE. I will never understand why Europeans refuse to refridegrate MILK. They offer cereal in the morning but the milk is room temperature. Snapping cold milk on breakfast cereal must be an American thing.

Room cleaned and linen changed each day of our 4 day stay. No hen or stag parties or under 18s allowed ensures no rowdy/drunken parties!! Room keys are handed to reception when you go on daily excursions to ensure only bona fida guests return when collecting them. 5 minutes from an exceptional marina and 10 minutes from the heart of Lagos gives a plethora of activities to suit the most ardent sightseer.

Weve just returned from a 4 night stay here and we loved it! Hotel is a street behind the marina so is a fsntastic location for walking into Lagos old town - supermarket at end of road, space to park car outside. Staff lovely, continental breakfast was great, cafe next door serves english for €5.50 if you prefer... pool looked lovely however we didnt go in as we were out at beach all day. TV and wifi all worked great, room was spotless and our bed was made everyday. I would suggest packing earplugs if road noise disturbs your sleep- its not a really busy road though but one night i struggled to sleep as the bins were emptied in the middle of the night but i slept well every other night- we would not hesitate to come stay here again - lovely place

We were in Lagos for 3 nights. This is a nice hotel, which has a cozy Portuguese interior with tiled walls. The rooms were comfortable and clean, there is a nice pool as wel. The front desk staff was lovely and always willing to answer questions and help. The hotel is located near the Marina which has many cafes and restaurants and a few shops. It’s is about a 10-13 minute walk from the Bus station and about 5-8 minute walk from the train station. It is about a 10 minute walk to Praia Sao Roque beach. To get into the town of Logos and beaches along the cliffs it is about a 15- 20 minute walk.

Very nice with friendly staff and nice breakfast. Convenient to city center.

I love this hotel it is family run & it's my third visit & love the friendly atmosphere with all the staff. Good location to the Marina & I feel like part of the family especially when you arrive . Cannot wait for my visit same time same place next year . Really close to the Marina , bus station & train station & there is a large supermarket at present being renovated but when it's open it sells everything. Two beaches close by & you can hop on a little train that's takes an hour around Lagos I love this resort. This resort is lovely.
