Stay there with the family for 3 nights. We booked 2 rooms. We were given rooms with no view as it was block by trees surrounding the room even though the rooms was at the highest point of the resort. Be prepare to walk up steep step or arrange for buggy to transport you to the rooms everytime you are going back to your rooms. Have requested for seaview rooms but was told not available as they were fully booked. Reception was not helpful at all.Notice during our stay that the resort had about 40% occupancy only. Would defintely look elsewhere the next time we are there. The food at resort was reasonable. Restaurant manager was very helpful. For food would suggest the Thai restaurant along the beach - run by Chris and Zyang.

Nice pool and nice beach but that is all the good to say. Reception service is very poor, rooms (standard rooms) are very small (only space for the bed, you can not even walk around it). For one of the rooms we waited in vain for 7 days that they change the 2 light bulbs not working. The shower broke open 3 times in 3 days and had to wait 2 hours with 3 phone calls to the reception to get it fixed. Many other examples of the bad service, list too long to be written here. We booked 2 rooms in the same booking with the same family name but they managed to split the 2 rooms across the resort without being able to do anything for 7 days unless we pay "extra-money" equivalent to a additionnal third room. The second room was not very safe for a woman alone (not a real wooden door but a glass/wooden screen type of door, which can be open very easily) The hotel is not well maintained, wooden floor around the pool broken, doors and cabinets handles broken, etc ... small things adding up Attention : Most of the rooms are located up the hill. They offer a electrical car service to bring you up and down .... when they do not forget that you have called for the service.... Only 1 good point : The new Food manager who is trying his best to upgrade the service there.

The hotel is located far from all the parties and noise, on a secluded beautiful beach, perfect for honeymoon. The pool villa is amazing and if you rent a bike or not afraid of some stairs the rooms up the hill have the best view ever. The staff are so nice and really had done everything to make us feel comfortable. Highly recommended for ppl who seek some peace and quiet.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel was great. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The manager of restaurant/bar area named "Nop" was amazing. He super friendly and easy to chat with. Our visit was to allow us to go to the full moon party. The hotel offered 3 separate times to take a taxi to the party and the taxi would bring you back at various times in the early morning. The cost for this service was $400bhat/person. Pros: hotel was very nice and clean. Unique rooms and we were lucky enough to have a room with a personal pool. The public swimming pool was nice and had an excellent view of the beach. Cons: location. There is not much to do in the area. It was about 40mins away from the full moon party but was a good place to be the next day when you are recovering. Overall great hotel and highly recommended if you are looking for a quiet getaway. 4 out of 5!!

Last minute we decided to go back to Thailand for our anniversary. We found this great deal on Expedia and was so good we upgraded to room with Jacuzzi bath. We arrived at ferry terminal to be greated by Salad Buri taxi, perfect! driver gave us loads on info on way to Hotel, brilliant. When we were taken to our room i was gutted it was so far up and thought oh god this is going to be hard work- then we saw that view!!! It was amazing!! The steps were a good challenge(very steep and if you fell very sharp) but hotel staff very happy to golf buggy you up to your room when ever you need. A week in this was more than helpful as I hurt the ligaments in my right foot!! a massive thanks to Poi who had to carry me with my husband to the toilet on the first day, he said wait here, dissapeared and came running back with crutches!! What a hero. I could even get down the beach to enjoy gorgeous sunset!! most food finished by ten on the beach but great location few beach bars and Jacks bar great for all your night time needs!!

Hotel staff could not do enough to make your stay as good as possible. Amazing location one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in and by fat the best on Thailand
