"Worst property on planet"

The worst check-in experience ever. They kept me waiting for 2 hours. I have been to numerous properties across globe but this doesn’t deserve a five star. The front desk was useless and gave me a Smoking room. Even on next day main entrance was so unmanaged that it took me 20 minutes to enter due to an event. They even removed my details from Marriott Bonvoy app so I can’t give my reviews

"Top stay in Delhi"

I have been staying here from August through December and the staff has been treating me like family. They have introduced me to local dishes at the restaurant. The cleaning staff are always available and friendly. The management is very helpful and involved with all matters regarding the stay, Would recommend this location every time. The spa is nice and always ready to go.

Had a wonderful stay at The Westin Gurgaon. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive and always ready to help, which truly elevated the overall experience. Special mention to the team for their thoughtful food recommendations and curated international buffet— every meal felt well-planned and delicious. The rooms are spacious, well-designed and very well equipped, offering both comfort and functionality. The large layout makes it ideal whether you’re staying for business or leisure. Another big advantage is the hotel’s close proximity to the airport, making travel extremely convenient. Overall, a great blend of comfort, hospitality and convenience. Would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

"Un professional staffs and un cleaned rooms"

I booked 2 night in December, left the hotel first day due to unprofessional approach from the front office team . I requested hard bed/ medical during booking , they said after checking , we were waiting for you to change the bed . I paid around 20k for 1 night , received uncleared , not well maintained room . See the attached pics. I’m a frequent traveler and my bonvoy loyalty is platinum . If they are treating their platinum loyalty member in this way , don’t expect any professionalism and good service from them.

"Luxury in its best form"

This is my second visit and the staff continues to excel in the level of service, quality of food, facilities and safety. Their attention to all the details, even as little as my preferred beverage, exceeds all expectations. Chanadan, Chef Gilbert, Chef Ankit and Sonu always made sure my my dietary needs were met with amazing local food options. Sweety and the house staff had my room impeccable with all the comfort needed during my stay. Ankit and the concierge/bell staff were always attentive to my transportation and bag handling, Kajal and Kamlesh were the highlight of my arrivals and departures with their smiles, greetings and commitment to safety and security. Sudip's leadership and commitment to service excellence is visible across all areas of the hotel. Every staff interaction shows the dedication to a perfect guest experience

Every single department Housekeeping, kitchen, and F&B delivered service that was not only excellent but truly top level. From the moment I arrived until the moment I checked out, I felt the warmth, care, and very personalized service from your team. Even just before my checkout, the attention and support I received from Housekeeping team was unforgettable. Your team made me feel so valued. Special thanks should go to Sudip Vats,Kamlesh, Mohit ,Nagender & Sweety .The service I received from them was amazing... A very special thanks to the kitchen team,Specially to Sous Chef Gilbert Even though the buffet had a wide range of delicious dishes, he went the extra mile and offered me the chance to try authentic Indian flavours, along with beautiful explanations about the food. I still remember the amazing flavour of "Chachol Dosa"... This gesture was truly memorable. Overall, my experience was extraordinary. I will happily recommend your hotel to everyone I know. "better Value for Money spent"

Overall the experience is great some small small improvements still required to give guests even better experience. In the restaurant Ground floor Chanda, Karan, an Jagdish surprisd me with See You Soon Cake. It was so touchy and so personal. Hope you keep amazing other guests too with similar services

"Top notch stay"

Ideal location with close proximity to offices. Rooms are clean, neat and nice architecture equipped with modern gadgets, though not barbers little burnt smell ( might be influenced by the haze) Other than that all good.
