The Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi

We had a great stay in Westin Gurgaon. We went for a day for birthday celebration and to our surprise our room was decorated along with a scrumptious cake. A big thanks to Ms. Pratibha Sharma, who made sure that all the arrangements are in place and making our stay amazing. The breakfast buffet was also great, lots of options and food was really tasty.

Had a wonderful stay at The Westin. The breakfast spread was fantastic—great variety, quality, and freshness. The executive lounge service was excellent; the staff—Shubho, Aakash, Anshu, Shashank, Basant, and Ruchi—greeted us with warm smiles and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They anticipated needs, offered thoughtful recommendations, and kept the space tidy and inviting. The overall ambience and facilities were top-notch, complemented by attentive, courteous service. If you’re looking for a relaxing stay with a superb breakfast and standout lounge service, this is the place. Kudos to the team for making our visit memorable

The experience was very good specially the front office guy Neel helped by going out of the box to ensure that i should have the best stay, they did some decoration as well which was heart touching. Thanks for the hospitality you guys have given.

The hotel experience I had at Marriott was exceptional. As always, the front office team was outstanding, facilitating a smooth check-in process. I was assisted by Pratibha Sharma at the front desk, who not only addressed my inquiries with patience but also ensured that all my needs were met. She took care of my elite membership requirements. We relished a drink and a light snack in the lounge prior to dinner, and the staff provided a warm welcome. The staff is truly remarkable and very accommodating for children. I will definitely choose this location for weekend getaways. The food quality is exquisite, the room aesthetics are impressive, and the staff is courteous and professional; everything is simply outstanding ♥️. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to Pratibha Sharma (Front Desk Manager) for delivering a luxurious experience for my family and I observed her being very proactive during her duties.

Had a great time staying here . Morning breakfast had some really good options and service is good and all their staffs are helpful. Special mention to Jagdish and Munendra for their personalised service as we travelled with our two years old son.
