The Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi

One of the best properties in Gurgaon. It is one of my go to option whenever I need to book a hotel irrespective of price. Would love to visit soon.

Excellent service from everyone at the hotel, from the friendly drivers from and back to the airport, the greeting by the very efficient security and smiles from the ladies on check in. Lounge team greet with a warm heart and make everyone feel welcome, Wasif from F&B brought room service again with a great smile very fast and great tasting food. Great job to the whole team I would recommend staying at this hotel.

It’s a great hotel not far from the airport and the Gurgaon business area including Cyber City. The rooms are big, modern and clean. The swimming pool is open from early in the morning till late afternoon and the gym features quite a comprehensive set of tools. The staff is really helpful and kind. Special mention to Apur, Thomas and Ankur for their support to buy goggles on blinkit. Really went the extra mile to support.

My last stay at The Westin, Gurgaon was simply incredible and I’m sure there are many superstars who made it special for us but I would like to particularly thank ‘Pratibha’ and ‘Sahil’ for all their efforts and making it a memorable stay for us. We felt like we were important from the moment we walked through the doors of the hotel, the service was personalised and the expectations were exceeded. This is what true hospitality is. First class!!! We cannot wait to be back soon.

Excellent hospitality! event starts to end, Event was superb,The banquet team went above and beyond to make the event successful. The food service was timely, and the staff was polite and helpful throughout.A big thank you to the banquet team for their outstanding support. Your professionalism and genuine care for guest experience made a big difference and credit goes to Manoj from sales, and from the Banquets team i would thanks to Rahul, Preetam, Vickey, Shubham and chef suraj and all the bqt staff.

Great hotel with excellent service, comfortable rooms, Indian and international dinner options and a relaxing lounge. I enjoy having a drink and light snack in the lounge before dinner. I am an Ambassador Elite member and they always recognize me and provide a memorable experience.

Had a great stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful throughout. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

It’s actually a low frill 5 star property and very conveniently located . The airport takes between 20-30 minutes depending upon time of the day . An issue with car pick ups AC was taken care of with a discount after a bit of to and fro. Superb hospitality and excellent service . The Stori club is a bit of a damp squib . The building is away from the main hotel building and the elevator ride to gives the impression of a let down . The bar itself has no ambience and wouldn’t go there again . The club lounge could be better in terms of its layout and ambience . It looks more like a restaurant than a lounge . But again the service at the lounge was great and a peaceful full service breakfast was a relief .
