The Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi

I highly recommend that you stay at this hotel. The staff at the hotel and the staff in their restaurant, Seasonal Tastes, were just amazing and the service is impeccable! The rooms are spacious and kept quite clean. Thank you Sushil (Concierge) for setting up our Agra trip and the trips to Delhi for shopping. What an experience that was with the perfect driver, Vinay, and tour guide, Amit. Thank you Sudip Vats for always checking on us to make sure all is well and that we are enjoying our stay. Thank you Chandan, Pankaj, Deepak, and Karan, for making sure we were dining well for both breakfast and dinner at Seasonal Tastes. Kudos for Chef Harsh and Sous Chefs Ashok and Dhanveer(or was it Dharmesh?). Also need to recognize their Pastry Chef, Bhagat Singh. I plan to stay here again just because of the great experience that I had. Highly recommend for business or pleasure.

the best service more then my expectation . the front office and check staff really go out of the way to make me feel special . i would rate the team the entrance gaurd to everyone the best . they know all that i need and are ready with the room i would love and give me best service .

Just wrapped up a business trip and checked into The Westin Gurgaon-here's my take on the experience! First Impressions: Walking into the hotel, I was welcomed by a stunning lobby and a warm, polite staff who set the tone for a comfortable stay. Location: Perfectly placed near Gurgaon's commercial business district, making it a solia choice for work trips. Room & Comfort: Spacious and well-appointed, though my initial check-in experience had a small hiccup-the bedsheet wasn't fresh. Thankfully, it was promptly changed the next day, so I let it slide. Breakfast: A decent spread-nothing extravagant, but good enough for a quick bite before heading out for meetings.

I had an amazing stay at Weston Gurgaon! The staff was absolutely top-notch—professional, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast spread was delicious with a great variety, and it was the perfect way to start each day. A special mention to Ruchi from the breakfast staff—she was incredibly kind and attentive, and made the mornings even better with her warm hospitality. The housekeeping team truly made the experience feel like home. Huge thanks to Abhishek (Floor Manager - Housekeeping) and Asmit (Floor Manager) for their exceptional coordination and support. I’d also like to appreciate the amazing housekeeping staff who took care of my room: Pankaj Yadav, Subhojit, Pintu, Akshay, Shorya, Jiteder, and Shilpi. Each one of them was warm, detail-oriented, and incredibly thoughtful—their efforts made my stay so comfortable and pleasant. Highly recommend Weston Gurgaon for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a personal touch.

I am a frequent traveler to this hotel and the staff and team of this hotel has made me feel that I am coming to a second home. Special mention to Chef Ashok, staff Chandan, Asmita, Karan for their kind hospitality. I am happy with my overall stay.

The hotel was OK. Room was nice and clean. However, for a Westin, it was disappointing that there is no coffee maker or espresso machine in the room, only instant coffee pouches. The Seasonal Taste buffet breakfast seems to be the same every day, lacking variety and creativity. Club Lounge is nice and quiet, but the food and drinks selection are limited compared to other Marriot hotel lounges I have been to. Some staff seem to be less professional. For example, after dinner at the EEST restaurant on site, the waiter asked me to fill out a survey on the restaurant and service, but he stood there staring as I was doing the survey. He snatched the survey from my hands and went away, which seemed odd. I saw him scribbling on the survey while I was walking out. At Seasonal Taste breakfast, I ordered a masala chai, but the waiter was hesitant, saying it would take 15-20 minutes, and indicated it was best not to order then. At Club Lounge, when I was getting coffee at the espresso machine, a staff member just came without saying anything, opened up the machine and took away the milk jar, and did not come back for another 10 minutes. It just seemed really strange. Maybe some of the staff did not know English well and did not know how to explain to guests what was going on? Anyways, I have stayed at multiple other Marriott properties in Asia before, including Westin, Ritz, St Regis, W, etc., and this one was at best mediocre.
