"Rooms & Complimentary Service"

I was charged for a Pool View room, but unfortunately, the room doesn’t have a pool view, which is quite disappointing. Additionally, my room is located far from the lift, adding to the inconvenience. I also noticed that the complimentary service is only available for select rooms, and not for all, which I wasn’t aware of.

Always enjoy staying at this hotel.The staff are excellent and always eager to help with any thing you need .Very modern looking from the outside and overall well maintained. The thing that you come away from staying here is the level of service which is exceptional. Special thanks to Ruchi Goswami for looking after us in the club lounge.

I will say 'One of the best Marriott property in India and around'. Really impressed by the staff, service and by the hospitality. Everyone is amazing at The Westin. The moment you book and till you check-out, everything is so well organised and well taken. I would like to mention some stafh who are really cool, amazing and deserve pat on their back. Ashok Ji (Chef) & Priya (Chef) makes delicious food and you ask anything and you get it. Amazing food with beautiful smile :) Thank you! Sudip Ji, Jayant, Ruchi in The Executive Lounge area makes you feel at home. Always available to serve you and makes sure you feel special. Thank you and see you soon again! Neel (Duty Manager), Arshdeep and Khushi at Front Desk makes check-in to check-out smooth, easy and quick. They ensured guests get good rest and come back again. Thanks a lot! "Pathetic service"

We visited the hotel to celebrate Mother’s Day and. What a bad decision, first we had to go thru valet parking nightmare .. there was only guy and he had no clue what he was doing ,created a traffic .. 20 mins lost there in heat arguing, never come in our own car … then we proceeded-to seasonal taste for the brunch buffet just to be kept waiting , we were spoken rudely literally being shouted at by the tall manager who skipped the courtesy class and how to speak to a lady ,,, really disappointed and horrible experience .

"Perfect"

Location, comfort, bathroom amenities, breakfast, everything was perfect. The gym is also very good and opened 24/7. I however am still surprised by the price of the breakfast, which I find very expensive but other than that, I really recommend the place.

Amazing hotel and best experience I recieved at Marriott so far. Special shout out to Pratibha Sharma from front desk who not only answered my queries patiently but also ensured my needs were taken care off. This hotel is really setting higher standards in hospitality industry.

"Best-in-class executive lounge"

As a Gold Elite member, among all the hotels visited around the world, this executive lounge is best-in-class. The staff was always focused to deliver their best when serving the customer. During my 7-day stay I felt like being at home. They adapted to all my needs and, most of the time, even anticipate them. My recognition for excellence in customer care to: Jayant Executive lounge mgr, Chef Gautam, Parul, Piyush and Anshu lounge associates.

"Worst service - not expected from Westin"

Horrible service. They gave me a room whose wardrobe was leaking water from the room upstairs. A replacement room was provided after constant follow up with the front desk. The delay caused me to miss a critical business meeting causing me a financial loss. Will never stay here again

"Good choice"

Super comfy bed and nice staff. Good facilities. Great gym. Buffet excellent. Lots of fresh water in rooms. I got bad stomache most Likely due to shower and face washing. Pool area smells of sewage and the mosquito repellent was so strong and toxic it made training in the pool a horrible experience. Special mention to Chanden and pankas and Ashok (chef)
