The Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi

The hotel is amazing. Almost all The staff is very friendly. The breakfast place is nice with a large spread. Please try to get a table near the entrance area. The moment u move in and get a table at the end side the service is almost zero. I had a talk with one server name maninder who was not so cordial with no service at all. Asked him few times for few things but nothing ever arrived. Very disappointing experience although all the other staff are friendly. The chef akash and ashok, server chandan on other days, bhavishay at front desk but my experience on the last day was very poor since the table was towards the end and servers there are not so good for whatever reason unknown to me.

The Westin New Delhi Gurgaon: Absolutely appalling experience. I was told not to take photos or video the rain on the premises—only to witness other guests freely doing the same without any issue. The blatant double standard was not only unfair but felt discriminatory and racist. This kind of selective enforcement is unacceptable and deeply unprofessional. I strongly condemn The Westin New Delhi Gurgaon’s biased and pathetic conduct. Avoid this place if you value equal treatment and basic respect.

Rooms are very large and very hygienic. Housekeeping team was very supportive. And everything was in the bathroom like morning kit. Thanks to Mukesh and Prempal

We had a fantastic stay with amazing food! The check-in process was seamless and done swiftly by Sakshi setting the tone for a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

Great ambience , clean room , good and professional staff behavior. The breakfast buffet and facilities were amazing. However , the in-house dining/service is bit slow.

It was a birthday occasion. I simply loved the hospitality of the hotel . Right from the front desk . Special mention of Ms Parul at the front desk. Very helpful . Our check inn happened in a brezze. The chief Mr Ashok was also vey helpful and made the morning breakfast according to our needs. All in all it was a pleasant stay at the Westinn Gurugram , can’t wait to be back again.

Pros: Location, rooms, upgrades etc. all cool. I particularly like the Front office staff. Neel has been great. I like their lounge on the 7th floor too. Everyone there has been just great. Special mention for Chef Sidharth (Siddu) was amazing. The manager at the lounge - Jayant Bhalla was very helpful too. Waiting staff eh: Alash were good as well. All in all, an amazing couple of stays in Westin Gurgaon. Errr, wait! Cons: Breakfast service at the Seasonal Taste has been next level pathetic. The buffet spread is good, but OMG how to even start the service there. I have been there 3 times so far (skipped a few) - but not even once, anyone asked me for a coffee or even water. In fact, I had to clear my own plates. I don't know how things go such a stark difference in the same establishment. I thought it was a miss the first time, but it just continued. Check the photo, you'd have an idea. The F&B manager has a lot to address for the morning staff, at least their outreach towards me seriously needs immediate attention :) Now - I saw them serving just fine when it came to other guests. So, not sure really 🤣

We had a one-night stay at The Westin, and I must say it’s the best luxury property in Gurugram. The hotel has a distinct charm and elegance that sets it apart from others in the region. Our room was beautiful and well-appointed with all essential amenities, including a refrigerator, work desk, and hot tub. The breakfast and dinner spreads were magnificent, among the largest and most delicious I’ve seen in India and the other dining options were equally impressive. The pool and gym were well-maintained and added to the overall experience. The staff was courteous, well-trained, and made every effort to ensure our stay was extra special. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.
