"Amazing hotel and staff"

After a week in Delhi, I decided to have two nights at a bit more plush hotel and in the end found a remarkable price for the Westin in Gurgaon. From checkin to my departure, it was a wonderful experience. The room incredibly spacious (from someone who has travelled around the world), the facilities impeccable, large gym/fitness…and walking distance to the metro. One day I returned to the room and the housekeeping staff had created a little dog out of towels and left it with a thank you note….simply amazing. Their breakfast buffet amazing, with Indian, western and oriental selection…..tons of fresh fruit and yoghurt….. Bravo Westin….

"Excellent stay"

This is an excellent hotel! I stayed for 2 weeks. The staff is phenomenal. Food is very good at the restaurant. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. No complaints whatsoever.

"Used to be a good hotel but rapidly deteriorating in quality, service and professionalism"

The location is convenient, and it’s a well-designed property with good dining options. But that’s where the positives end. It used to be my go-to hotel when visiting the NCR. However, over the past six months, the service quality and professionalism of the staff have deteriorated significantly. During my last stay, the room was very moldy and had a disgusting smell. To their credit, they changed my room immediately. However, some of the housekeeping and other staff serving the rooms had noticeable body odor — perhaps the management should consider providing them with deodorants or body sprays. At checkout, the front desk staff (Neha and Vemoli) were unaware of the Club Marriott rules and continued to argue and make excuses even after realizing they were in the wrong and giving me incorrect information. I won’t be staying here again or renewing my Club Marriott membership. It used to be a great hotel, but it seems they’ve now hired substandard staff across departments — disappointing for a property of this stature.

"Fabulous Stay"

Our stay at the hotel was truly delightful, exceptional hospitality ! A special note of appreciation to Sahil Sachdeva and his team for ensuring such a pleasant and comfortable experience. The front office team—Jayant, Khushi, Sakshi, and Vomita—were courteous, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. The Executive Lounge team of Anshu, Ruchi, Basant, and Akash deserves high praise for their warmth. Dharmendra and Manav from housekeeping maintained everything impeccably, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. At Seasonal Tastes, Ano, Saloni, Bishal, Mukul, and the entire team were outstanding hosts. Muskaan and Shalini at Daily Treats brought an extra touch of cheer with their friendly service. A heartfelt thanks to Chef Ashok, Chef Gilbert, and Chef Siddhant for great food. Thanks to Kamal at the concierge for his assistance.

"WESTIN delivers again"

Another superb experience at a WESTIN and another superb hotel experience on India. The stay was flawless. The room is modern and spacious, staff are superb, concierge desk always on hand, and in-room dining was restaurant-grade. I also used the hotel shuttle to and from conference which was efficient and fairly priced and like most Westin’s, the gym is first class. Thanks for a great 4 days. If I was being picky I’d say I like to have coffee available in the room and/or better choice of tea (some Indian/chai variety would be a nice local touch).

"GREAT STAY AND AMAZING STAFF"

What an amazing stay at The westin Gurgoan. And experience started before check in when we got a what’s up message from Pratibha Sharma - the Front Desk Manager and she made sure we had a smooth check in in middle of night with all the staff from entry to my room with ensuring smile on face and true gratitude that you can’t buy with money. I wouldn’t like to close my review without mentioning the wonderful experience we had with Executive housekeeper Mr. Sudip Vats who went beyond his call of duty in delivering a luxurious experience for my family, he is an asset to the Westin team. Once again I extend my heartfelt gratitude for delivering a luxurious experience for my family. Looking forward to plan my next stay soon Ashok Sultan

"Superb"

Yes the upgrade and the smooth checkin done by Aman really made the trip relaxed and comforting, although it was for a night I really wished I stayed longer in the upgrade provided the entire staff was courteous and thanks for telling me the name of the fragrance used. Joshua Mathew

"The staff are the icing on the cake"

My second time staying here and this time was even better than the last. For a five star hotel, it is often difficult to exceed expectations with regards to the standard and quality of the rooms and facilities, but this hotel manages to do just that. However what really stands out is the staff in every single area of the hotel. In some hotels, staff interaction can come across as insincere, but at this hotel I felt that every greeting and offer of hospitality from staff was heartfelt. As I was travelling alone, I struck up several conversations with staff members who always remained professional but also very friendly and genuine. A special mention to the friendly and patient security team at front door. My experience at the buffet restaurant was a highlight, both for the food and the super and friendly service. Saloni greeted me every morning with a smile and remembered by room number and coffee preference after just one visit. Shruti ensured I had everything I needed and always enquired about my day. Karen and Bishal were also there to help and on my last day they surprised me with a slice of cake to see me off. I really don’t think you can fake that kind of gesture. Thank you to all and I will be back.

"From Check in to check out everything was just perfect"

We had amazing stay at The westin Gurgoan. And experience started before check in when i have got response on my request from Neal Modi at front desk and later at the time of check in the duty manager Pratibha and Akash both were very helpful along with all the staff from entry to my room with ensuring smile on face and true gratitude that you can’t buy with money. Room cleaning and decor was already done by House keeping and In room dining were very very prompt Looking forward to plan my next stay soon
