The hotel provided excellent service throughout our stay. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and friendly staff made our experience very pleasant. The location was convenient and met all our expectations.

This hotel checks all the boxes for our family. From the arrival to the farewell, they were all good. The staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful both day and night. The location it is in is convenient and near the historical sights. The room was clean and nicely prepared especially for the kids equipped with story books and toys. The view is beautiful by the river. The food especially the breakfast was good especially with the variety of made to order egg menu and finally the complimentary assortment of snacks and drinks at the mini bar, amenities, 2 koko the bears and the surprise Christmas cookie. All these made our stay really special and memorable.

We had an amazing time time this beautiful hotel by the Melaka River. The staff and especially Fara were super friendly and courteous and catered to all of our needs. Would go back in a heartbeat!

We recently held our annual dinner event at Hotel Casa del Rio, Melaka, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The food was superb-delicious, well-presented and enjoyed by all our guest. The hotel staff were very helpful, friendly and professional, ensuring the event ran smoothly from start to finish. The venue itself is beautiful, with many attractive photo spots that added great value to our event and created memorable moments. Overall, an excelleant venue for corporate events and special occasions. Highly recommended.

This hotel is not suitable for people who get upset about things like the facilities not being up to date, the shampoo bottle not working properly, or the shower water not being warm enough. Such minor details are common in Malaysian resort hotels with traditional architecture. The rooms are well-cleaned and the breakfast is delicious. The curry noodles are good, but the beef rudan is excellent, so be sure to try it. And best of all, the hospitality is top notch - many hotels treat non-native English speakers politely but rudely, but the staff here are all very helpful and wonderful. Even if you came here for sightseeing, you'll be reluctant to leave this hotel.

We celebrated a friend's birthday in their coffee house private room. The food was superb plus the warm hospitality & the excellent service was tiptop. Keep up the good job. 👍

Perfect location on the river near Jonkers and all the river front restaurants as well as a short stroll to the malls. The rooms are immaculate and large; ours had a terrace overlooking the river. The entire staff from front desk to room attendants to waiters and spa technicians are attentive, polite, and kind. The breakfast was a highlight, mostly because of Fara, with her welcoming bright smile, excellent English, and attentiveness. She made the stay that much more enjoyable, going the extra mile happily preparing a special tray of food for my wife, who was unable to make it down for breakfast for many of the days we were there. Highly recommend this hotel.

Always enjoyed staying at this hotel and this time was no different. The amenities and rooms were great and the service staff friendly and polite.

Superb location which is just a stone away from Jonkers Walk and the Cruise River. Hotel rooms are very spacious, clean and have great amenities. The housekeeping team did a wonderful job decorating our bedroom with a beautiful anniversary decor, that's so thoughtful and made our stay even more memorable. Breakfast has a good spread. Staff were very friendly. The whole property felt like next to a beach as it's quite breezy all the time. Perfect spot to stay in Malacca.
