"Warm welcome and comfortable stay."

Such a warm welcome, gorgeous room, comfy, clean and an excellent en suite. Easy parking, tea and coffee/hot chocolate making facilities in the room. A decent, made to order breakfast as well as cereals, juices and offers of extra toast and drinks refills.

They’re doing a brilliant job, nothing negative to feedback from our stay there.

"Lovely accommodation albeit near a busy main road."

Host was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and breakfast was lovely. Brilliant local pub nearby, had a lovely evening there.

I found the bed and pillows a bit uncomfortable. Maybe access to additional pillows would be helpful. We were at the front of the house and road outside very busy and noisy.

"Short business trip to Knutsford"

Very warm welcome from the owners (Karl & Karen) and a great sized, well decorated and clean room. Breakfast was excellent and the location is in a nice quiet area on the edge of Knutsford (but still close enough to walk into town).

Honestly can't think of anything.
