The hotel has a great location and the beach is beautiful The 3 pools are perfect size and temperature and always plenty of sunbeds The monkeys and the parrot are very entertaining. You should be aware there is no alcohol sold on site but you can get it within a few steps and it’s perfectly ok to bring it into the hotel and consume it wherever you want Some rooms are very modern and other are traditional bungalow/villa style - both are nice. The alternative hotels are next door but this one had the edge on everything I recommend to use the hotel transfers service as (the difference to public/shared services is good value) Thanks you to Rose and the team for a great stay !

Beautiful setting for hotel. Kindly upgraded to lovely big room with big balcony. Room had all the amenities (including beach towel, mat and bag for beach). The walk to restaurant is lovely. Good selection for breakfast. Staff very kind and welcoming. Great value for 3night stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The setting is beautiful — the resort’s garden is stunning, surrounded by lush vegetation, monkeys, and a wide variety of birds. The staff are very kind and attentive, and our room was clean, comfortable, and pleasant. The beach is like paradise, and being close to Walking Street allowed us to enjoy lively and memorable evenings. The hotel restaurant could be improved, but there are plenty of other dining options nearby, either in neighboring hotels or along Walking Street itself.

Absolutely fantastic hotel & resort, got an unexpected upgrade which was great! Definitely recommend staying at Railay for at least a couple of nights rather than a day trip with the masses. Great breakfast with ocean views, nice pool & amazing friendly staff

An excellent experience with top notch hospitality. The restaurant food and ambience is good as well. The rooms range from chalets to villas.

We stayed here for one night, it was a great experience. All the staff are very helpful and friendly, mai especially was very kind and keen to help. I really reccomend staying here and hopefully will be back

We stayed in room 202 by pool and restaurant. It was a perfect location and room. I will definitely be going back soon.

The check-in and get to the villa was friendly and fast.We were amazied by the stunning looks of the nature in that area. Seeing the first monkey is special, on the last morning it looked like the whole family came to say goodbye on the front porch and that was feeling a bit different. The restaurant has good food and friendly staff, all halal so no alcohol available, which is no problem. The problem is that the cook has some problem with time management since the appetizer and main come at the same time. Or you get the food and your partner will get it when you are finished. To reduce that a bit we ordered the appetizer first, after finishing that, order agian. The resort is clean, I walked a lot on my bare feet without hurting. The whole of Railay beach area is quiet, except for the shopping and restaurant streets, but in general a perfect place to recharge. All together a place we would like to visit again.
