Best resort in Railay beach, lovely staff and nice breakfast in front of the beach! The room is awesome and I don't have any bad word to say

Sand Sea Resort at Railay Beach is simply outstanding! The room 1313 junior suite is really spacious very well maintained. The view from the resort is absolutely breathtaking with the beach and the mountains right at the doorsteps The staffs are very welcoming and super comfortable, always with a warm smile and a genuine willingness to help. They all speak english and it super easy to communicate with them. A special mention to Nita, the receptionist, who is simply amazing — super friendly, attentive, and always with a smile. Sand Sea Resort is the place to be if yoh are in Rialey. Highly recommended!

Best place to relax at Railay Beach. East or West, Sand and Sea is the best! 😎 We loved the hospitality of the staff. The pool and the breakfast was awesame!

The staff were fantastic. Friendly and accommodating. The surrounding scenery was breathtaking. Wildlife everywhere. Beaches beautiful. Off season was quite which we both enjoyed. Still warm.

It's ok. Very fine everything. Pot madera a great job. And all the employes were so kind. A great place! The beach is perfecto. We love it! We will be back so soon!

The best hotel in our life. Evething amazing, specially the atention of the workers at the hotel, specially Ninee she is the best. Thank for all! See you next year

Excellent location

The rooms were clean but the resort overall is a little tired and old. We also had bungalows right outside our balcony being renovated while we stayed there.

We loved the location being able to access both the west and east side of beach. Very close to walking street with bars, shops and plenty of lovely places to eat. Our accommodation was perfect! Large rooms, poolside bungalow, older, but authentic. (They were actually renovating the block behind us, so I think they will do these rooms next). Needless to say, fantastic shower, comfortable bed, complimentary robes, jandals and beach bag to use while there, and best of all right outside pool 2. We spent alot of time swimming and sitting on the deck/porch. The staff were wonderful and very attentive. From the moment we arrived, we were transported to our room by golf cart and a very chatty and friendly guide (wish I could remember his name sorry) . We had a leaky air conditioner but once reported to reception was fixed with lightning speed! There are locsl monkeys who pay a visit late afternoon so dont leave food on your deck/porch! Breakfast was good and lots of variety. The restaurant is right by the beach, so amazing views! Would so recommend for value and location. Can't wait to come back!

I’d like to start this review by saying we travel extensively and we always come back here for at least a few weeks a year and have done for many years. The resort is in prime position with access to both the sunset and sunrise side. We usually choose the Grand Deluxe Rooms as we have a child and find the size is good and the location is in the middle. The rooms are well maintained and clean. The resort is in the process of major upgrades as well. The breakfast is good with lots of Thai and western choices. They offer 3 swimming pools so none are ever crowded. There is an abundance of wildlife and we love to watch the monkeys and water monitors outside our rooms. What really makes the resort though is the staff. The team is lead by the amazing manager Tong, you can see he genuinely loves his job and wants the hotel to do well. He remembers us year after year and goes above and beyond to ensure our daughter has a magical stay each time. This year we celebrated my birthday here and all the staff wished me the best, the room was decorated and there was birthday cake. They truly made it special. Our daughter has developed a special relationship over the years with Anita, she looks forward to seeing her year after year and Anita is always there to make her day. We are very grateful to her for all of her kindness and can’t wait to see her again next year. She truly is amazing at her job. Once again we thank the staff and look forward to seeing you next time.
