Really good hotel. Pretty clean and in nice area. Beds were good and staff were friendly.

Das Frühstück war ausreichend und gut. Die Betten waren sehr bequem.

That hotel needs a make over. The front desk is the only area they renovated after the storm. The rooms and bathrooms need a well needed refresh with everything. Location is great I’ve been staying there for 14 years at least once a month in the last 2 years.

Great location. Central part of town was an easy walk.

I had a very poor experience at this hotel, starting with a frustrating registration process and unprofessional service. The rooms did not have air conditioning, and when I raised this with the receptionist, I was simply told, “It will be very hot.” That response, combined with two extremely uncomfortable nights, was unacceptable. The level of service was far below expectations – the receptionist appeared inexperienced and unprepared to handle basic guest concerns. I had two upcoming bookings, both of which I’ve already cancelled. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere. This hotel did not meet even the most basic standards of comfort or professionalism.

Absolutely terrible outdated hotel that alleges to have 4 stars while offering a standard of 2 stars at top. Extremely overpriced - paid 180€ per night for tiny room with no window and tiniest single bed ever I never seen in any hotel in my life. Old, outdated, smelly… just horrible place. I don’t know of there is anything better in the area, but I would never stay here again and do not recommend this place. One of the worst stays I ever had in my life.
