We felt very welcomed and check-in was super simple. Breakfast was a treat and Beverley was a very attentive host. An excellent way to spend a visit to St Leonards in comfort.

Great location. Wonderful host , good breakfast , will book again

Not a dislike at all but the addition of hash browns and black pudding on the breakfast as well as some fruit and yogurt would be welcome.
