APA Hotel Hiroshima Ekimae

Hotel conveniently located near Hiroshima station. Rooms are compact, lacked modern furnishing and facilities. Brings the guest experience back into the 90's for the interior of the hotel. We regret we didn't book the APA hotel across the bridge which looked more modern and cleaner.

Nice and close to train station. Clean, very comfortable bed, great amenities, great water pressure in shower.

V convenience

The hotel in within 3 minutes walking from the train station. Staff was very friendly, the room was well equipped, however it was so small that it is almost impossible for two people to move around in it. Also, the be was not a double but a large single, also difficult for two people to sleep in, unless they are on a honey moon.

Excellent location 3 minute walk from train station. Basic, nice Japanese city hotel. Decent basic breakfast buffet. Rooms on front of hotel have view over the river, but rooms on the back have frosted glass so you can't see into the alley.

Had two rooms, one room had window which could bot be opened. Its near the station but slight difficult to find. Food in breakfast did not have much choices. I stayed in 3 APA hotels in this trip and this probably was the worst. There was another APA across the river but that would require some kind of transfer in a taxi.

Really great eco hotel, all the amenities needed including slippers and yukata style robes. Good price and really well located. Huge TV, kettle, fridge all supplied.

Clean, friendly and great location but found the pillows too flat and the breakfast was a bit disappointing. I dont like scrambled eggs and I would have preferred boiled.

To begin with taxi driver took me to wrong APA hotel. Then Hotel wanted me to walk to other location with luggage. Stated no rooms available. So I insisted to have hotel pay taxi fare to other location. Mgr came out and I explained my situation. I advised him I was not at fault for wrong drop off but I would go to other location if this hotel paid for taxi to other location. They had no type of shuttle service No airport service. But they did switch my room from booked hotel to hotel I stayed in. So this review is not about one booked but one I actually stayed in if same chain and both have same facilities then I was not too pleased with this chain

Cheap and cozy (small but big enough room for two adults with bags) near JR Station. Not far to walk even in snow. Excellent for those early morning trains. Excellent shopping mall, as ever, under the JR Station. Okay for one or two nights but limiting after that. As usual they haven't heard of cable or satellite television so the choice of video is, well, very Japanese.
