Cliftonville Hotel

Fantastic staff, Jody gave us the best check in experience and help, period features lovely, view over green and sea, excellent beer on draught. Some food good. an excellent chicken dish, best bacon roll ever. Helped with storage of wheelchair. Lift access to room. Excellent bathroom with walk in monsoon shower.

Poor meal choice for vegetarian (2) and vegan (1)

The car park disabled area was full of waste bins .

Weinig waterdruk in de douche en de badkamer had een kapotte afzuiging

We went today for lunch to celebrate my wife’s birthday The service and staff were impeccable My wife was given a free glass of champagne and we enjoyed a seafood platter which was brilliant The hotel is beautiful and the staff really looked after us I cannot recommend this highly enough

Location, The bar / restaurant and lounges were so inviting.

Couldn’t open the window in room 8 , the sun rises on that side and was very warm in that room.

Fabulous location, helpful staff and lovely food

The Cliftonville Hotel was a lovely place to stay. I received a warm and friendly welcome from the staff when I arrived. Waking to a view of the sea has to be one of the best ways to start the day. The hotel dates back to Edwardian times and while most of the rooms are accessible using the lift, guests will need the stairs to reach some, so mention if this is a problem when you're booking. I saw people sitting in comfy chairs downstairs, enjoying coffee or drinks with friends, and there's a restaurant with a good menu. All round, it's a delightful hotel if you're looking for a comfortable, traditional stay in Cromer.
