Cliftonville Hotel

Whilst the food was good the visit was spoilt by poor service.... Many mistakes, inefficient staff & delayed service.

My Son and new Daughter-in-law had their wedding day celebrations at The Cliftonville last weekend and it was actually the perfect place to hold the entire wedding. The building has such a charming character and each room that was used to hold the ceremony, drinks, wedding breakfast and evening party was intimate, welcoming and decorated beautifully. Most, if not all, of the bedrooms look out to the sea and the location means it's a 3 minute walk into the town. The rooms were very clean and modern with a rustic feel. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and went out of their way to help with the wedding preparations.

From telephone booking to experience on arrival, impressed with customer service. Hotel has been renovated to high and impressive standard. Loved the main areas’ decor. Booked a cosy twin room as my daughter and I were only there for a night which was small but adequate. Room decorated nicely, comfy beds and clean. Sea view. Would certainly recommend and will return.
