USThe older woman was rude and hateful but the other staff more than made up for her poor customer service. The rest of the staff were very helpful and plesent.
The room didnt have an A/c remote, the TV didnt work, the safe was broken and wouldn't lock. The staff did change out the TV and bring a remote for the a/c

VIThe view was perfect the wifi was nice and strong shower /bathroom is amazing I love it, the balcony was nice the ac was nice and cold i love all the big mirrors in the room and the swinging chair was so nice
That anyone can crawl underneath from the other space between the rooms, the pool wasnt clean, certain outlets and fan wasn't working, anyone from below your balcony can look up between the lines /spaces on the floor and see under your dress, the lighting for the pool and behind the property needs alot of bright lighting can't really see if someone is hiding or not
USI loved the room I was in! It was more spacious than I expected. The bed was very comfortable. I like in the shower there is a line to hang your wet clothing.That is very helpful.
The white lady that was bartending made a statement that was offensive and she overcharged us. Now my boyfriend ordered us both a drink. I wanted a pina colada but she claimed the blender was broken. Fine. So I decided to keep it simple and get the same as my boyfriend, a rum and coke. When she gives my boyfriend our drinks she says 'we're adorable'. I said to my boyfriend what does that mean? The only time I have heard that description is when its in correlation to a child or pet. We are neither!!! That energy I felt coming from her wasn't pure! The rest of the night when my boyfriend wanted a drink he never dealt with her again! It was the gentleman he dealt with. I have no complaints about his service. But that woman needs to be retrained on what to say to people. Or if its a problem then go back mainland!

USEveryone was super friendly and very welcoming. Very convenient having the bar/restaurant right on the property.
The WIFI was very spotty, but definitely not a deal breaker.
