Staff very short and not welcoming at all! Mean and unhelpful, no ice on property, very short staff at restaurant, I asked restaurant for ice cup and water they refused because they needed the ice and water for customers when I’m actually a guest at the resort. Lala, the groundskeeper I’m thinking she was, was AMAZING!!!! She went to the store and purchased bags of ice and made sure I got a bucket full before distributing it to other guest in need. Her tone was welcoming, friendly and attitude was helpful. She should be manager and train the current staff from front desk to the restaurant customer service skills. After paying over 1200$ for 4 nights you’d think you’d get better service.
AGThe check in staff and admin staff were exceptional. Veronica was extremely helpful, professional and made our stay amazing. She gave us VIP treatment and made sure we were comfortable.
