water pressure in the bathroom is not as best but for short stays it is not a big issue

Nice, clean, tidy place. Nice hostess. Breakfast was simple but good.

Not really a criticism as I understand the cost involved so haven't taken it into consideration when rating but it was pretty cold throughout the property. We were supplied with a heater but decided not to use it as were there only a night.
