Location!

Very disappointing compared to what this hotel used to be. It was once among the top 5-star hotels in Andheri West, but the overall standard has dropped significantly. The property feels poorly maintained, bathrooms need much better cleaning, and the restaurant looks worn out with old furniture and dirty flooring. There is also a strong air freshener smell throughout the restaurant, which takes away from the dining experience. The biggest letdown, however, was the staff. Hospitality starts with a smile, but the service felt cold and unwelcoming. I genuinely hope the management pays attention to these issues because this hotel has the potential to be great again.

This used to be one of the best 5-star hotels in Andheri West, but sadly it has lost its charm. Maintenance is clearly lacking, and the bathrooms are not cleaned properly. The restaurant furniture and flooring are old and look quite dirty. The entire restaurant also has a strong toilet air freshener smell, which is unpleasant while dining. Unfortunately, the staff were not very welcoming either simple things like a friendly smile seem to be missing. I hope the management invests in restoring the hotel to its former standard.

Very poor service at reception. Inadequate toiletries were present in room. Room service staff was not trained abt handling in room calls n orders

I've never seen such unfriendly staff. They just wouldn't help. It was the worst experience at Svenska.

We booked the room from Booking. Com and we got a confirmation that says we can check in on the 16th and checkout on the 17th. After we booked, we called the hotel and they started, saying your Booking is only for the same day until 6. we already paid 5 k. They said you'll have to pay 8 k more if you want to extend. If you don't, your Booking is non-refundable. I told them that we have an email from the Booking.com.Also. I booked it for my guest and the senior manager said they couldn't change the name. You will have to make a new Booking. This money is gone. I was really surprised because I used to recommend this place. I somehow changed the name on Booking.com to my guest's name. I called them back and they said oh okay, you could it but we'll have to pay almost 5k more. I asked them to send me an email but they never did. So, finally, my office boy had to go there to sort it out. They literally trying to extract more money and harassed us . I didnt expect this from them. It is the worst experience. We would not recommend this to anyone ever again. It's really a crazy experience . We Finally paid close to 9 thousand . I could have managed JW Marriott or Novatel for the same rate for that day
