"Good hospitality"

The stay was made brilliant by the warm hospitality provided by Chetan. This made all the difference and is what made Svenska stand out. If I were to book again it would definitely be because of the hospitality and warmth Chetan gave us during our stay.

“Have stayed here multiple times, but during this stay, despite it being a double occupancy booking, the room was stocked only with single amenities — including bath towels and toiletries. Attention to such basic details is expected from a property of this standard. Also, having the room boy ring the bell at 12 midnight just to obtain a signature for a room service bill was highly unprofessional and quite disturbing. I hope the management addresses these service lapses to ensure a better guest experience in the future.”.
