"Could have been better"

Overall not a bad stay, the room did have a few dead Beatles on the floor in the entry way, other than that the only other complaint was the pool was closed but was never announced or shown when booking the room. Having a young child we booked based on this hotel having a pool. We were disappointed.

Staff very friendly

Our toilet had not been cleaned for a long time. Our window had a crack and it was holding up with blue painters tape, attempting to block the 1” gap that was open. Very windy the 1st night we were there

Miscommunication at the front desk when we checked in. My first time there and was not very well informed on the way things operated. Everything work out in the end but was very frustrating at first.

"Older hotel in good location."

This Hampton Inn is in a good location, off highway 61 near grocery stores, fast food restaurants and other shops. The front desk workers were friendly. The breakfast and the fitness room were consistent with other Hampton Inns. The hotel was clean but it was definitely dated. Also, there was poor lighting in the parking lot and our room was cool (it was cold outside when we were there). Overall, not fancy but decent.

Pool was dirty and Bathroom was not clean. Shower was gross.
