Location was perfect

Upon arrival reception was not manned with a note saying back in a bit. Waited 10 minutes to check in. When got to room found toilet unflushed with clear evidence of a poop, made us think if room had actually been cleaned at all. After showing Reception photo we were moved to a different room which was better but bathroom had clear signs of mould.

Good sized room, great location for us, and a very reasonable price for the area.

One of the two mattresses seemed to have collapsed in the middle at some point in the past as the bottom half couldn't really support a person, but the other in the twin room was fine. The breakfast we had prepaid for was disappointing. Instead of having the full breakfast set out as expected, they only had a small amount of breads, cereal, and fruit near the tables; the main bulk of the breakfasts had to be ordered by the one member of staff in the restaurant who didn't seem to be expecting the dozen or so tables out to all fill up shortly after it opened.

Cleaning conditions

We paid for room which was not ready for booking. repairs in progress. Floor is not ready, not talking about room. They did not open that floor for guest at all, but booking already sell it for us.

Check in was quick explained how to get to the car park

TV was broken spoke to the receptionist on check out as wasn't sure if they were aware, hair dryer was outdated, on booking.com it said I'd have a bath but was just a shower, breakfast wasn't very hot and could eat straight away and didn't have to blow on the food.
