We expected a One Bedroom Apartment as the Website Pictures, got a pokey little motel room with a couple of beds crammed in living area.

Ok place, not really a kitchen with no oven or elements. Adequate for 1 night. Woman on front desk unwelcoming and a bit rude. Nice being able to fill own spa but the outside area not very attractive

The location. 3 minutes drive to the supermarkets. 5 minutes drive to the town center. 500 meters to the number one cafe in the town. Netflix on TV. The one bedroom unit is spacious. The kitchen is small but adequate.

Bed matresses need replacing Place overall is not clean. Needs deep cleaning

Good Motel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lots of information and vouchers.

The outside is filthy, with weeds growing through the steps to the units, mould and dirt everywhere. Rubbish stored outside the laundry. Office was supposed to be open at 8am - still not open around 8:30am Saturday and after 9am Sunday. Notice on the office door to leave the key in your unit. Motel sign said "vacancies" on which there were none available. Insufficient crockery for 2 people in the unit. As a current motel employee from another city I would be ashamed to work at such a place.

Only problem was we could not report a broken power point as the office was not open when we booked out at 9.00am

Service booking in not good. Appeared not to relate to you at all. Office did not open until well after time they said they would. They charged an extra 4% for booking with a credit card, The bank charges them less than that. Buildings could do with a waterblast and leaves swept up.
