Pleasant, clean and comfortable room with good facilities. Extremely friendly, cheerful and helpful staff. downside for some would be the fact that guests' rooms are on the top floor and there is no lift, but not a problem for me.

Lovely clean comfortable room, would highly recommend this hotel, the only downside was the loud music from the bar

Brillaint hotel and staff Food and rooms both amazing

Friendly staff however i was disappointed that the bedroom carpet has large quantity of dirt stains. The whole bedroom carpet should be renewed. It transpires the previous guest had their folding bike in the bedroom that caused the staining. It was disappointing. We highlighted it to staff in the morning. The breakfast was lovely and cooked to my liking. Overall suggest management should ensure rooms are high quality and strive for not just being a 3star

The rooms are lovely and clean. Well made up. High up so quiet. Next to train station & convenient. OK for one night. Outside looks tired and would benefit from paint and upgrade.
