Lovely hotel set in beautiful grounds & surrounding countryside. Plenty of parking can get very busy, seemed a bit understaffed at busy times but staff very curious & friendly nice food & plenty of drinks choice will certainly be staying again

The hotel was clean, staff attentive & friendly & the evening meal was extremely good, breakfast very good too. Only downside was the wifi was patchy

Our stay at the Sweeny Hall Hotel was very enjoyable. Beautiful house and grounds.

Outstanding natural beauty, good car parking, good internet connection. Large rooms. Facilities are old and in relatively poor condition and poorly maintained.( bathroom) No proper shower( low power Triton unit working poorly-almost no jet). Old windows no double glazing. Breakfast is very thin and there is almost nothing on offer apart from cooked english breakfast( no cheese, no salad, no fruits on offer).

The room was cold.

We only stayed one night with our two small dogs they were very helpful Even went out of the way to serve us breakfast so we could take our dogs with us. On the other hand they could have done with more staff in the morning and could do with waste bins outside the hotel for patrons especially with dog's.

It was a great place to stay, very friendly, the service was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was more than enough and was served quickly too.

Fabulous personal service from start to finish. Huge bedroom with period furniture and nice touches. Staff were friendly and helpful especially when dining alone - I will be returning
