"disappointed "

disappointed, I was expecting a country retreat, this hotel is more like a loud and lively bar and restaurant with a few bedrooms above … I planned on an early night for an early start but had to endure music and shouting until about 11pm … it seems to be run by really young people that perhaps lack luxury hotel experience … a nice place but won’t be staying again

"All ok but watch out for the unexpected charge."

The hotel is really nice,very well presented and comfortable. The breakfast was ok but the omelette was overcooked and charred. The shower was erratic dependant on water flow and the shower screen had a gap at the bottom causing a small flood. After checking in, we were charged an extra £10 for extra cleaning because we had our well behaved dog with us. This was not included or explained when we booked.
