Bell House Hotel & Restaurant

I think they are upgrading the rooms 1 by 1, but #2 was like a student share from the 80s. Cheap furniture, channelled cables up the walls, barely fitting lino and amateur tiling in bathroom.

We booked this hotel as we had a day out at the 6th gear race track, we arrived and were made to feel very welcome from the start. The room was al new+ lovely + the foddwas superb, we just could not fault it. We would highly reccoment this hotel + we would most certainly go back. The manager hris was just fab.

I've stayed here before, at the price I paid its good value for money. The staff and owner are very helpful too. I was in one of the older rooms on this occasion, my only minor gripe is the shower lacked any volume.

Friendly staff, clean room, great breakfast. Convenient to the M4, Swindon, Chippenham, and Bath. I was in the UK for a week of business and found this to be a pretty good place to hang my hat. A few minor Idiosyncrasies that were to due with a very old building and typical English plumbing. Food was typical pub fare. They made accommodations for me to have a late Sunday meal which was appreciated.

Delightful overnight stay , staff were polite and helpful , food was delicious and good value. The room was warm and comfortable.. Plenty of parking.

Staff acted as interchangeable parts, assisting in various areas as needed. Restaurant on first floor was good. Receptionist was very helpful. Room itself needed work.

Hard working and friendly staff and although we were rather late in (20.30) they were very busy in the restaurant they made us welcome and managed to provide us with a lovely dinner. Nice friendly staff and best breakfast I've had in a hotel for a long time.

From the outside its inviting and when you walk in that continues, spoilt by the room, tired, poorly furnished and around 10,years overdue for decorating. The staff were friendly and helpful, get the decorators in.

The staff were pleasant. The restaurant and food were good. The linen was clean. BUT all the accommodation requires a deep clean by a professional team.
