Amazing Staff, one of them - Leo going above and beyond even though they were short staffed. Hotel rooms creatively named , good decorations too.

State that the complimentary drink is either tea or coffee prior to leading guests to a bar to prevent disappointment, though hardly anything that shattered the experience

Beautiful room and spa

The pipes occasionally ran cold so couldn’t use the bath when we wanted to. The older staff members were lovely and very helpful. But lots of 16 year olds who were really unhelpful and also wouldn’t answer the phone on reception when they were stood there at the desk so I had to keep going down to order food / ask about the water.

Room. Facilities. Lovely grounds.

Limited available menu for room service. Not all facilities were operational at time of stay. Main jacuzzi pool not working at time of stay. Breakfast on the second day of stay. Long wait for order while other guests were served, only for order to be wrong.

Nice location

We stayed for one night and the experience fell well below expectations. Check-in was disorganised, and we weren’t given any orientation to the room or facilities. We ordered dinner via the hotel app at around 8.30pm, which didn’t arrive until approximately 10pm. When it did arrive, it was served in takeaway boxes with no cutlery, napkins, or condiments. A request for chips resulted in crisps instead. The room itself was uncomfortably hot, and breakfast the following morning was very limited. Hot drinks were served from flasks, hot water was only lukewarm, and the continental offering was sparse and poorly presented. What’s most disappointing is that we raised these issues directly with the hotel in writing after our stay and have not received any response or acknowledgement. Overall, this did not reflect the standard or service we expected
