El personal de meseros muy muy amables

Mi cocina tiene los trastes sucios en el lavamanos , no teníamos botellas de agua , le comenté a una persona de limpieza y me dijo que tomara de las que están en el baño 😓😓.

La comida fue muy rica, calidad- precio estuvo bien y el personal en su gran mayoría fue muy amable y atento

Que en 2 de las habitaciones que reserve salieron cucarachas, y en la 3era el baño no tenía buen olor y el agua del lavamanos se quedaba estancada por un rato, el resto de la habitación estaba bien

Beachfront location was great. Buffet food was always a hit! Entertainment staff was great. Overall a really wonderful stay.

We found a crocodile hiding near the beach and when the experts tried to capture it, it escaped into the water, which restricted ocean swimming for a few days. Wifi was poor in some of the rooms, though if your room was close to reception or the central area, you could get wifi. (Wifi requires frequent signing in, so it's not something you set and forget. You intentionally sign on when you want to use it.) But the reviews were clear that wifi is not a highlight, so we came in with low expectations on that front.

We were unaware of the smoking ban we were charged with no warning just a friendly warning should have been enough , we will not be going there again we travel with group so we try to inform them of laws but because we are a large group sometime communication is hard but to get charged for that and as well as a stain on a pillow , not too happy

La playa, las comidas

No me gustó la habitación, tenía mal olor, la ubicación, la vista era hacia un basurero, de comiendo había pedido una habitación con cama king y me dieron una con dos camas dobles, el check in muy tarde y el check out súper temprano!

This was our first trip to Mexico for my adult son and I. We are from Toronto, Canada. I booked this resort using a timeshare exchange. The resort consists of a newer 8 story building and an older 3 or 4 story building. We were initially given a room in the older building. A spacious two bedroom unit with central kitchen and living area. It had tons of character and met our needs except for two things. No wifi and this ground floor unit was honestly where all the action was. It was just too loud. For us. The next day we asked if a room was available in the newer tower. There was ….for a small fee …..which was ok with me. We ended up with same size corner unit facing ocean….and wifi….it was glorious. Staff are accommodating and friendly. They go out of there was to plan special events for guests like Mexican fiesta night for dinner and entertainment. They have food stations by pool and a swim up bar as well. We did the City Tour where we learned the proper way to drink tequila, drove atv’s through jungle paths with a stop at a waterfall for swim. Warning you will get wet on this ride as well as dirty…..but so much fun. We booked both with hotel concierge. We did massages at hotel…..and the beach is great to walk….lots of sea glass hunting. There is a grocery store 10 min walk away. The City of PV is a easy 30 -40 minute walk away…..but we did take a taxi back. The 9th floor rooftop balcony is special and provides the best views of beach, ocean and mountains. We were there every night for cocktails. We did the all inclusive so drinks and food were always available ( lots of variety too). The resort is a hidden gem…….would highly recommend.

La comida del bufete muy rica variedad diaria, la paya no es la mejor pero esta bonita salen bonitas fotos, tiene estacionamiento propio, el personal en su mayoría es amable.

Desafortunadamente en la habitación que nos tocó, el agua de la bañera se salía por un costado por una pequeña alcantarilla, de 3 noches 1 de ellas no habia casi presión para bañarse, el agua de las albercas es fria y creo le falta un poco de limpieza, el personal es amable pero como sugerencia en el chek in deberían informar sobre los horarios de la piscina de la comida etc porque solo comentan lo básico de lo básico. En general le doy un 7 de 10.

We traveled as a family, two adults and a 13 and 11 year old. We have previously stayed at some fairly large resorts. This resort is very small which was a very nice change for us and close to the airport, so after a 10-15 minute taxi ride you are checking in. The service from everyone was amazing. Martin near the pool was our favorite. The hotel is very clean and even when we spent a good amount of time in the room, we were still able to get the room cleaned. We had an issue with the toilet one night and the minute we told the front desk, someone was on the way up to fix it. We did not feel any pressure to buy a time share at this resort, which was refreshing. I would give this place a 5 but the food was really not that great. On the flip side, for being such a small resort they have a lot of options, so there was always something you could eat. They have the main buffet that is opened pretty much all day and night with a few closes to swap from breakfast to lunch and lunch to dinner. Throughout the day you can get a pizza from the pizza oven, wings and ceviche from the food truck and hamburgers, hot dogs and nachos from the snack bar. Occasionally there will be another food stand that pops up serving shirmp or fish. There is one ala carte restaurant that swaps from Italian to Mexican every other day. We tried the Italian and the service was great but the food wasn't all fantastic. The bruschetta and the chocolate cake were amazing. The pool was a decent size and never felt crowded. We never had a problem finding a lounger, but if you want a lounger that sees sun first, then you would have to get there early. There are a lot of beach vendors walking by which isn't an issue for us, but if you like to avoid these vendors, then you should stay away from the infinity pool area that overlooks the beach. We did not use the games room but did see that they had one. We did visit the Sky Lounge which is beautiful. Right outside of the resort is a little Villa/Shopping Plaza, so if you are considering buying anything from beach vendors, you should check out the Villa first as it is usually way cheaper. There is an OXXO (like Circle K) a couple of minutes from the resort. There is also a lot of great restaurants within walking distance. To get to the Malecon you can either walk for about 15 - 20 minutes or take a 100 peso taxi.
