A beautiful place in a comfortable and friendly hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was very comfortable, light and airy, and full of character. We enjoyed the roof garden,.Housekeeping was excellent. My husband had difficulty climbing the stairs - but that was because of the nature of the building.We would love to return- again!

At the base of the hotel is a bar, not affiliated with the hotel, that plays loud music EVERY NIGHT until 5:30am. Could not sleep during our stay.

Wow! Nice hotel in a great location. Our room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. The restaurant below is right along the old port sidewalk and has a great view. The food and service were excellent.

Staff is very friendly and helpful about what to see in the area! Room is extremely spacious. The area is great, lots of restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay here again!

The staff was friendly . Augustino was a friendly fellow. The location is great right in the middle of old town . You will enjoy the hotel if you like venetian style architecture. It really feels that you are back in time but with the bebefits of modern technology. The wi fi is not the best but i figure that is to be expected in such locations.
