Good in overall but the hotel needs maintenance. The pool needs maintenance. Spa personnel is excellent!

The Spa and pool were well below any considerable high standard. Furniture unusable, bizarre home made furnishing leave a lot to be desired in terms of comfort.

This Hotel in a great location and very beautiful. But The rooms don't have safe-deposit boxes nor is there one at the front desk. We asked for one and we're brought a metal one that did not bolt into the wall so anybody could've taken it out. And there's a family of ducks that lives by the swimming pool. Apparently they are pets and swim in the pool. There is duck poop everywhere and they are aggressive toward guests.

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel has a lot of personality. The room was a bit small, but otherwise very comfortable. I thought the pool was great. Maybe it was not the most sparkling pool but definitely clean enough for a dip and great for lap swimming. My only concern is that outsiders are allowed in which could be a security issue since there are not any barriers to keep them away from the rooms. but I did not experience any issues except for a cat who ran in my room when I opened my door. He was very friendly and curled up on the bed like he owned the place. Anyway, I would had stayed a second night, but unfortunately they were booked up so I moved over to a nearby hotel operated by a major chain that was more expensive and not as nice. I gave a 2 for quality of service. based on their treatment when I checked in, and when I tried to extend. The staff just were not that helpful or friendly, though in all honesty that was pretty much my experience with things throughout the country.

Has good food, great on premise spa and chocolate museum in a convenient location. Will definitely stay here again.

We spent 3 terrific days at the hotel, with lots of time relaxing in the beautiful pool area. The staff are very kind and helpful. There are plenty of restaurants and other attractions nearby (the lake, museum, shops, etc.). I wasn't surprised to overhear other very satisfied guests changing their plans to be able to spend extra days at the hotel before moving on to other cities.

You can do much better elsewhere. Ive been to granada 3 times and this was mediocre for the price

The hotel is beautiful- an authentic, colonial mansion in the heart of Granada. The service is lukewarm to downright indifferent and unfriendly. Not even a Buenos Dias from the breakfast crew! The rooms are spacious with tall ceilings and great views. There are free spa services for guests which is a very nice touch. The pool is beautiful and relaxing. We stayed with our 8 year old son and he really liked the hotel, also. The only real drawback is the staff who seem discontented.

very close to the Central Park, walking distance to a lot of restaurants and guide tours. there is much history to study but if you are the adventure type there is something for you as well

SInce the beginning, personnel was unkind, didn't show us were was our room, room had dust on the bathroom floor and they didn't offer any complimentary like soap, shampoo, etc. This is the first time for me in this hotel, i have been on other marvelous sites with less need of budget. Facilities are great but personnel, in my experience, was unkind.
