"Very relaxing "

Great experience. Wonderful people. Has the feel of a bed and breakfast but with many more amenities. I really enjoyed the spa package and it was very reasonably priced. I only wish there was a restaurant on site. Loved it!!

"Nice hotel in the center of Granada"

8.0

The hotel is lovely with old world charm and the staff are friendly. The hotel offers a free buffet breakfast which I would rate 4/5. They also offered a complimentary spa treatment which was awesome.

"Great location and a lot of coolness. Almost ther"

8.0

Loved the hotel. Loved the pool and could have hung out there for days. The room had great bones but needed a little work. Lighting was abysmal and, as a professional lighting designer, I understand issues with power quality and quantity here, but some modest changes would have really helped. Sheets were really scratchy, which is my biggest complaint. First world problems, I know, and I hope the owner contacts me about this. Breakfast was good, but again could have been so much better with a little more effort. Staff was friendly, but again, I felt that if there were a little more effort, they could have been great. The chocolate museum is pretty cool, but at $20/head in this economy, there were other ways to spend my money. Don't get me wrong, $20 is a reasonable price for the lesson in chocolate making, but when the guy down the street is offering an hour tour of town for two in a carriage for $8, $40 seems excessive. The chocolate tea at breakfast is to die for and the hotel is really good, but some minor changes will make it fantastic.

"Touring Granada"

8.0

The central location of this very old, but comfortable hotel, made it very convenient to the many sights that our group of four wished to see in Granada and area. The hotel staff were friendly (the front desk staff spoke english) and very helpful-would recommend this stay to anyone who is planning a visit to Granada.

"Nice hotel"

6.0

Hotel Spa Granada is perfectly located to pretty much everything. The hotel itself is very beautiful. The staff was amazing. The only issue with this hotel is the maintenance. I understand that the property was built when the spaniards landed on the new world- 400 years ago, but the owner must keep up with the plumbing. When we got to our room, there was a funky smell coming from the bathroom- and I know it came from the water pipes. Also, the wall where the shower is at is falling apart. This is the only reason I cannot give this hotel a higher rating that it should have easily earned. With all that, the hotel is beautiful- it's decor its colonial feel, but above all- the staff.
